Place an order directly though our online wholesale shop or email your PO to us at orders@orangetwistcards.com. Orders placed online must be paid via a credit card in order to be received and processed. If you do not meet our minimum order quantities we will contact you to revise your order.

If you prefer to pay via check on net 30 terms, please email your order to orders@orangetwistcards.com. Opening orders must be paid for with a credit card. Email us with requests for net 30 terms at claire@orangetwistcards.com.

Turnaround Time

We do our best to ship your order quickly. We will contact you after your order with an approximate ship date. Most orders ship within 7 business days. Large orders may require a longer lead time.

Shipping

Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS ground in the US. If you have a preference please let us know in the notes at check out or an email.

We accept returns on damaged items. Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order if your order is damaged during shipping.
