Shipping
We aim to ship the same day or next day. However, we are a small business run by humans, so please allow up to 5 business days for shipment of your order. Need it fast? Let us know in the notes and/or use the Priority Mail option and we'll do our best to get it to you in time!
Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be thrilled with your order. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, please contact us at info@orangetwistcards.com within 15 days of receiving it. We accept returns of unopened, resalable merchandise.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items. Any shipping charges from the original order or the return will not be refunded except in the event of a defective or damaged item. We will issue a credit or send out an exchange within 7 business days of receiving your return.
