I opened Orange Twist Studio as a six month experiment, an adventure, a place to try new things, to learn, to be creative, to practice being seen and heard, and to connect.
With covid-19 I don’t see having this space as viable in the coming months, so I’ve packed everything up, moved it home, and am ending the studio adventure early.
Thank you everyone who was a part of the studio experience. Artists who showed their work, friends and family who visited, strangers who found us, everyone who made a purchase, everyone who told others about the studio—thank you! I appreciated every interaction and learned so much.
May we all get through this difficult and uncertain time with love, patience, and generosity.
If you have space to support me and Orange Twist in the coming days, weeks, and months, I would greatly appreciate it. I’ll be adding items from other makers to the website and trying new ways of existing and contributing to the world.
